- 1 stick oleo
- 1 c. flour
- 1/2 c. chopped pecans
- 1 (8 oz.) cream cheese, softened
- 1 c. powdered sugar
- 1 c. Cool Whip
- 2 regular size instant lemon pudding
- 3 c. milk
Directions

1Mix oleo and flour.

2Press on bottom of 7 x 11-inch pan. Sprinkle with nuts.

3Bake 15 minutes at 350°.

4Cool.

5In small bowl, mix cream cheese and powdered sugar.

6Fold in Cool Whip and spread on cooled crust to edge.

7Prepare pudding with milk.

8Let stand 5 minutes and spread over cheese mixture.

9Spread lemon layer with thin layer of Cool Whip.

10Sprinkle with chopped pecans. Can be frozen.

11Defrost 2 hours.
