  • 1 cup Crushed Nuts (walnuts Or Pecans)
  • 2 cups All-purpose Flour
  • 1 cup Butter Or Margarine
  • 8 ounces, weight Cream Cheese, Softened
  • 1 cup Confectioners Sugar
  • 1 container Cool Whip (8 Ounce Container, Divided Use)
  • 2 packages Lemon Instant Pudding (1 Ounce Boxes)
  • 3 cups Milk

Directions

    Crumble nuts, flour and butter or margarine together and press into a 9 x 13 inch pan. Bake at 350 F for 20 minutes.

    Cool.

    Beat cream cheese, confectioners sugar, and 1 cup Cool Whip together. Spread on baked crust.

    Combine pudding mix and milk. Beat well. Put on top of cream cheese layer.

    Spread more Cool Whip on top and sprinkle with nuts. Refrigerate overnight.
