- 1 lb. oleo
- 2 c. sugar
- 6 eggs
- 3 1/4 c. flour
- 2 oz. lemon extract
- 3/4 lb. pecans
Directions

1Cream oleo and sugar together until fluffy.

2Beat eggs well; add to sugar and oleo mixture until blended.

3Mix in flour, then add lemon extract, mixing well.

4Fold in pecan halves.

5Pour into 2 sprayed loaf pans.

6Bake for 75 minutes in a 300° oven.

7Cool on rack 5 minutes before removing from pans.
