- 2 c. sugar
- 1 tsp. baking powder
- 2 oz. lemon extract
- 2 slices candied pineapple
- 1/4 lb. red cherries
- 1/4 lb. green cherries
- 1 lb. nuts
- 1 (10 oz.) box raisins
Directions

1Cream butter and sugar; sift baking powder and flour together and add to butter mixture, alternating with egg yolks. Add lemon extract, fruits and nuts; add stiffly beaten egg whites. Bake at 275° for 2 hours.
