  • 2 c. sugar
  • 6 eggs
  • 4 c. flour
  • 1 tsp. baking powder
  • 1 (15 oz.) box raisins
  • 2 c. chopped pecans
  • 2 oz. lemon extract

    Pour into 2 greased and floured loaf pans.
