- 4 c. flour
- 1 lb. oleo or butter
- 2 c. sugar
- 1 lb. white raisins
- 4 c. chopped pecans (1 lb.)
- 6 eggs
- 2 oz. pure lemon extract
- 1 tsp. baking powder
- 1 tsp. salt
Directions

1Mix flour, raisins, pecans, salt and baking powder in a bag and shake.

2Cream egg yolks, butter and sugar.

3Add this to the flour mixture and beat.

4Fold in beaten egg whites and lemon extract mixture.

5Use loaf pans.

6This makes 2 medium size or 1 angel food pan.

7Bake at 300` for 1 1/2 hours.
