- 1 3/4 c. flour
- 1 tsp. baking soda
- 6 Tbsp. butter
- 1 (8 oz.) carton lemon yogurt
- 1/3 c. golden raisins
- 4 1/2 tsp. sugar
- 1/8 tsp. nutmeg
- 3 oz. pkg. cream cheese, softened
- 1/4 c. cornstarch
- 1/4 tsp. nutmeg
- 2 eggs
Directions

1Heat oven to 450°.

2Lightly grease cookie sheet.

3In large bowl, combine flour, cornstarch, baking soda and a 1/4 teaspoon nutmeg; blend well.

4Using a pastry blender or fork, cut in butter until mixture resembles coarse crumbs.

5In small bowl, combine 1/2 of the lemon yogurt, raisins and eggs.

6Add to dry ingredients all at once; stir just until moistened (dough will be sticky).
