  • 1 pound Angel Hair Pasta, Cooked
  • 1 Tablespoon Olive Oil
  • 4 cloves Garlic, Chopped
  • 1 teaspoon Red Pepper Flakes
  • 2 whole Lemons, Juiced
  • 1/2 cups Chicken Broth
  • 1 cup Heavy Cream
  • 1 pinch Each Of Salt And Pepper
  • 1 cup Parmesan Cheese, Shredded Or Grated
  • 1 Tablespoon Fresh Parsley, Snipped For Garnish

Directions

    Cook pasta according to package directions; drain water.

    While pasta is cooking, heat a large skillet on low heat with olive oil.

    Add garlic and red pepper flakes.

    Allow to cook for a couple of minutes.

    Add lemon juice, chicken broth, heavy cream, salt and pepper.

    Heat thoroughly for about 10-15 minutes over low heat, stirring constantly.

    Add parmesan cheese to the cream mixture.

    Allow to blend, mix in the noodles and stir to coat evenly.

    Serve with parsley!
