  • 1 lb. pecans (do not chop)
  • 1 lb. flour (4 c.)
  • 2 oz. (4 Tbsp.) lemon flavoring
  • 1 lb. butter
  • 6 eggs
  • 1 lb. white raisins (do not substitute)

Directions

    Cream butter and sugar.

    Add eggs, one at a time; beat well. Add other ingredients and bake in tube pan lined with wax paper and buttered sides.

    Bake 2 hours in 250° oven.
