- 6 eggs
- 4 c. flour
- 1 tsp. baking powder
- 1 c. white raisins
- 2 oz. bottle lemon extract
- 1 lb. pecans
- 1/2 lb. cherries
- 1/2 lb. pineapple
Directions

1Cream sugar and butter.

2Add eggs, flour, baking powder and remaining ingredients.

3Use greased tube pan.

4Put pan of water under cake in oven.

5Bake 2 hours and 30 minutes in a 250° to 275° oven.
