  • 1 lb. butter
  • 6 eggs
  • 4 c. flour
  • 1 tsp. baking powder
  • 1 c. white raisins
  • 2 oz. bottle lemon extract
  • 1 lb. pecans
  • 1/2 lb. cherries
  • 1/2 lb. pineapple

    Add eggs, flour, baking powder and remaining ingredients.

    Use greased tube pan.

    Put pan of water under cake in oven.

    Bake 2 hours and 30 minutes in a 250° to 275° oven.
