  • 3 eggs
  • 3/4 c. chopped pecans
  • 1 1/2 c. sugar
  • 1 tsp. lemon flavoring
  • juice and grated rind of 1 lemon
  • 1 unbaked pie shell

Directions

    Mix all ingredients together and pour into unbaked pie shell. Bake at 400° for 10 minutes, then 325° for about 40 minutes.
