- 2 slice hallibut fillet or any fish
- 1 lemon juice
- 1 tsp Black pepper
- 1 tbsp olive oil
- 1 dash salt
Directions

1Season fish with salt

2Marinate fish for 30 minute or longer untill ready to bake it then drain it and place on a baking tray

3Bake it at 200 C for 20 minute or longer depending on the thickness of the fish
