  • 2 slice hallibut fillet or any fish
  • 1 lemon juice
  • 1 tsp Black pepper
  • 1 tbsp olive oil
  • 1 dash salt

Directions

    Season fish with salt

    Marinate fish for 30 minute or longer untill ready to bake it then drain it and place on a baking tray

    Bake it at 200 C for 20 minute or longer depending on the thickness of the fish
