- 2 ounces garlic cloves Peeled, Chopped, About 12
- 1 teaspoon olive oil
- 1 teaspoon pine nuts
- 1 teaspoon grated lemon zest
- 1 tablespoon fresh lemon juice
Directions

1In a food processor or blender, combine the basil, garlic, olive oil, pine nuts, lemon zest and lemon juice.

2Process for about 5 minutes, scraping down the sides of the bowl 2 or 3 times, until the pesto is creamy.
