- 1 can Eagle Brand milk
- 3 eggs, separated
- 1/2 c. lemon juice
- 1 pie shell, baked
- 6 Tbsp. sugar
Directions

1Beat slowly the milk, egg yolks and lemon juice.

2Wash beaters.

3Now, beat the egg whites slowly, adding 2 tablespoons of sugar per egg white.

4Pour lemon mixture into baked pie shell. Top with egg white mixture.

5Brown in 400° oven.
