  • 2 sticks oleo
  • 2 or 3 Tbsp. water
  • 1 can crushed pineapple, drained and juice reserved
  • 16 oz. Cool Whip
  • 1 c. crushed walnuts
  • 2 c. flour
  • 2 pkg. lemon Jell-O pudding (type you cook)

    Mix flour, oleo and water, blend mixture together and spread into 12 x 18-inch cookie sheet.

    Prick dough with fork and bake until brown at 350° for 15 minutes.
