  • 2 c. boiling water
  • 1 (8 oz.) or 2 (4 oz.) boxes lemon Jell-O

    Pierce cake with large fork 1/2-inches apart.

    Mix boiling water and Jell-O until dissolved.

    Carefully pour 1/2 of gelatin over one cake layer.

    Refrigerate 3 hours.

    Dip cake pan in warm water for 10 seconds.
