- 2 c. boiling water
- 1 (8 oz.) or 2 (4 oz.) boxes lemon Jell-O
Directions

1Pierce cake with large fork 1/2-inches apart.

2Mix boiling water and Jell-O until dissolved.

3Carefully pour 1/2 of gelatin over one cake layer.

4Refrigerate 3 hours.

5Dip cake pan in warm water for 10 seconds.

6Unmold on serving plate.
