- 2 1/2 c. white sugar
- 4 eggs
- 3 1/2 c. flour
- 1/2 tsp. soda
- 1 1/4 c. buttermilk
- 1 1/2 tsp. lemon flavoring
Directions

1Cream the margarine and sugar well. Add beaten eggs. Add flour alternately with buttermilk.

2Add soda in buttermilk.

3Add flavoring.

4Pour in prepared 10-inch tube pan and bake at 325° for 1 hour and 15 minutes.
