- 2 sticks margarine
- 1/2 c. Crisco
- 3 c. sugar
- 5 eggs
- 2 Tbsp. lemon flavoring
- 3 1/4 c. cake flour
- 1 c. whole milk
- 1/2 tsp. salt
- 1/2 tsp. baking powder
Directions

1Preheat oven to 325°.

2Cream margarine and shortening.

3Add sugar and flavoring.

4Add one egg at a time.

5Sift flour, salt, and baking powder together.

6Then add flour and milk alternately. Grease and slightly flour Bundt or pound cake pan.

7Pour mixture in pan and bake for 1 hour and 20 minutes at 325°.
