  • 1 box Duncan Hines Lemon Supreme pound cake mix
  • 1 (4 oz.) pkg. lemon pudding
  • 1/2 c. oil
  • 4 eggs
  • 1 c. water
  • 1/2 to 1 tsp. grated lemon peel
  • 2 Tbsp. lemon juice

    Preheat oven to 350°.

    Grease and flour pan.

    Mix all the ingredients together.

    Beat 2 minutes.

    Use tube pan and bake 45 to 55 minutes.

    Cool right side up for 20 minutes.

    Remove from pan; turn upside down.
