- 1 lb. butter, creamed
- 1 lb. sugar (2 c.)
- 6 eggs, beaten separately
- 1 lb. white raisins
- 1 lb. (4 c.) flour
- 1 tsp. baking powder
- 2 to 3 oz. lemon extract
- 4 c. chopped nuts
Directions

1Put raisins and nuts in bowl and mix with part of flour. Cream butter and sugar; add eggs, flour, lemon extract, raisins and nuts.

2Put in large tube pan.

3Bake at 275° until done (2 1/2 hours).
