- 1 pkg. lemon cake mix
- 1 (3.4 oz.) pkg. lemon instant pudding mix
- 1/2 c. vegetable oil
- 1 c. water
- 4 eggs
- 1 c. black walnut pieces
Directions

1Blend together in mixer bowl all ingredients except nuts. Beat for 2 minutes at medium speed.

2Stir in nuts.

3Pour into greased and floured tube pan.

4Bake at 350° for 45 to 55 minutes until center springs back when lightly touched.

5Cool in pan for 25 minutes; invert on plate and drizzle with glaze.
