  • 1 pkg. lemon cake mix
  • 1 (3.4 oz.) pkg. lemon instant pudding mix
  • 1/2 c. vegetable oil
  • 1 c. water
  • 4 eggs
  • 1 c. black walnut pieces

Directions

    Blend together in mixer bowl all ingredients except nuts. Beat for 2 minutes at medium speed.

    Stir in nuts.

    Pour into greased and floured tube pan.

    Bake at 350° for 45 to 55 minutes until center springs back when lightly touched.

    Cool in pan for 25 minutes; invert on plate and drizzle with glaze.
