- 2 Tbsp. butter
- 1 c. sugar
- 1/4 tsp. salt
- 4 Tbsp. flour
- 5 Tbsp. lemon juice
- 3 eggs, separated
- 1 1/2 c. milk
Directions

1Cream butter.

2Add sugar, flour, salt and lemon juice.

3Stir in beaten egg yolks, mixed with milk.

4Fold in stiffly beaten egg whites.

5Pour into custard cups and set in a pan of water (about 1 inch).

6Bake in oven at 350° about 30 to 45 minutes, depending on your oven.

7Check after 30 minutes.
