  • 1 c. flour
  • 3/4 c. chopped nuts
  • 1/2 c. soft butter
  • 1 (8 oz.) cream cheese, softened
  • 1 c. confectioners sugar
  • 1 c. Cool Whip
  • 2 pkg. instant lemon pudding mix
  • 2 1/2 c. cold milk

Directions

    Mix flour, chopped nuts and butter together and pat in bottom of 9 x 13 x 2-inch pan and bake at 350° for 15 minutes.

    Cool. Beat together cream cheese, confectioners sugar and Cool Whip and put on top of crust.
  3. 3
    Beat puddings and cold milk together and put on top of cheese mixture, then cover with Cool Whip and sprinkle with chopped nuts.
