- 1 c. flour
- 3/4 c. chopped nuts
- 1/2 c. soft butter
- 1 (8 oz.) cream cheese, softened
- 1 c. confectioners sugar
- 1 c. Cool Whip
- 2 pkg. instant lemon pudding mix
- 2 1/2 c. cold milk
Directions

1Mix flour, chopped nuts and butter together and pat in bottom of 9 x 13 x 2-inch pan and bake at 350° for 15 minutes.

2Cool. Beat together cream cheese, confectioners sugar and Cool Whip and put on top of crust.

3Beat puddings and cold milk together and put on top of cheese mixture, then cover with Cool Whip and sprinkle with chopped nuts.
