  • 4 lb. boneless, chicken breasts
  • 3/4 c. lemon juice
  • 6 Tbsp. olive oil
  • 1/4 c. vodka (optional)
  • 1/4 c. fresh sage or 1 Tbsp. dried
  • 2 tsp. honey
  • dash of Tabasco sauce

Directions

    Place 1 chicken breast between 2 sheets of waxed paper.

    Pound to 1/2-inch thickness.

    Repeat with each breast. Mix rest of ingredients in a large shallow glass dish.

    Add chicken and turn to coat.

    Marinate 1 to 2 hours.

    Barbecue at medium-high heat, frequently brushing with marinade.
