- 1/2 c. white sugar
- 1 Tbsp. cornstarch
- 1 c. boiling water
- 3 Tbsp. butter
- 1 1/2 Tbsp. lemon juice
- dash of nutmeg
- pinch of salt
Directions

1Combine sugar and cornstarch.

2Add boiling water gradually while stirring constantly. Boil 6 minutes.

3Remove from heat. Add butter, lemon juice, salt and nutmeg.

4Serve on steamed pudding.
