- 1 Tbsp. cornstarch (heaping)
- pinch of salt
- 1/2 lemon (juice and grated rind)
- 2 c. boiling water
- 2 tsp. butter
Directions

1Blend sugar with cornstarch, salt and grated rind and juice. Add boiling water.

2Let cook long enough to cook the cornstarch; add the butter.

3Serve warm over Cottage Pudding.
