- 2 tablespoons cornstarch
- 1 dash salt
- 4 tablespoons butter
- 6 tablespoons lemon juice
- 1 tablespoon fresh lemon rind (grated)
- 2 cups boiling water
Directions

1Sift cornstarch and sugar to keep it from lumping and then combine with salt and boiling water.

2Cook over medium heat, stirring occasionally, until boiling and clear, about 5 minutes.
