- 2 Tbsp. butter
- 1 Tbsp. flour
- 2 eggs
- juice and rind of 1 lemon
- 1 c. sweet milk
- 1 unbaked crust
Directions

1Cream sugar and butter; add flour.

2Whip egg yolks and add lemon, milk and whipped (stiff) egg whites.

3Put in unbaked crust. Bake at 400° for 15 minutes.

4Reduce oven to 350° and bake 30 minutes longer.
