- 1 cup sugar
- 2 Tbsp. margarine or butter
- 2 Tbsp. flour, (full rounded)
- 2 egg yolks, (save whites)
- 1 cup milk
- 1 fresh lemon juice and rind
Directions

1Cream, margarine and sugar with pastry blender.

2Add egg yolks flour, juice and rind.

3Add milk and mix again.

4Fold in egg whites that have been beaten stiff.

5Put into unbaked pie shell.

6Bake at 400° for 15 minutes, then 350° for 20 minutes or until knife comes out clean.
