  • 1 c. milk
  • 1 c. sugar
  • pinch of salt
  • 2 Tbsp. oleo
  • 2 eggs
  • 2 Tbsp. flour

Directions

    Use lemon juice and grate 1/2 of peel.

    Beat together lemon peel, sugar, oleo and flour.

    Add egg yolks.

    Slowly add milk. Beat egg whites stiff, then fold in.

    Bake at 350° for 30 to 40 minutes.
