- dash of salt
- 1 Tbsp. butter
- grated rind and juice of 1 lemon
- 2 egg yolks
- 1 c. milk
Directions

1Blend butter, sugar and flour.

2Add beaten egg yolks, juice and rind of 1 lemon and 1 cup milk.

3Fold in stiffly beaten egg whites.

4Bake in a 450° oven for 10 minutes, then down to 325° for 25 minutes.
