- 3 Tbsp. softened butter
- 1 1/4 c. sugar
- 4 eggs, separated
- 3 Tbsp. flour
- dash of salt
- 1 1/4 c. milk
- 1/3 c. lemon juice
Directions

1In mixer, cream butter and sugar until fluffy.

2Beat in egg yolks, flour, salt, milk and lemon juice.

3In bowl, beat egg whites until fluffy, then add to mixture.

4Bake 15 minutes at 375° then 45 minutes at 300° until lightly golden.
