- 1 cup sugar
- 1 Tbsp butter
- 2 Tbsp flour
- Grated rind & juice of one lemon
- 2 egg yolks, beaten
- 2 egg whites, beaten
- 1 cup milk
Directions

1Cream together sugar, butter, flour, the juice and rind of the lemon.

2Mix egg yolks with milk and add to first mixture.

3Fold this into beaten egg whites.

4Pour into well buttered pudding dish. Place dish in pan (shallow) of warm water.

5Bake in 325° oven until set firm and golden brown.

6Serve warm or cold.
