- 3 egg yolks, beaten until light
- 1/2 c. lemon juice
- 1/2 tsp. lemon extract
- 1 1/2 c. milk
- 3 egg whites, beaten with 1/2 c. sugar
Directions

1Sift first 3 ingredients together.

2Mix next 4 ingredients together and add to dry mixture.

3Fold in egg whites.

4Pour into casserole and bake in 1-inch hot water 45 minutes at 350°.
