  • 1/2 c. sugar
  • 1/2 c. flour
  • 1/2 tsp. baking powder
  • 3 egg yolks, beaten until light
  • 1/2 c. lemon juice
  • 1/2 tsp. lemon extract
  • 1 1/2 c. milk
  • 3 egg whites, beaten with 1/2 c. sugar

Directions

    Sift first 3 ingredients together.

    Mix next 4 ingredients together and add to dry mixture.

    Fold in egg whites.

    Pour into casserole and bake in 1-inch hot water 45 minutes at 350°.
