- 1 box lemon cake mix
- 1 egg
- 1 stick oleo
- 1 (8 oz.) pkg. cream cheese
- 3 eggs
- 1 tsp. lemon extract
- 1 box powdered sugar
Directions

1Mix cake mix until crumbly.

2Put into a 9 x 13-inch sheet cake pan.

3Mix together the cream cheese, eggs, lemon extract and powdered sugar.

4Pour over cake mixture.

5Bake at 350° for 45 minutes.

6Sprinkle top with powdered sugar.
