  • 1/2 c. oil
  • 2 tsp. fresh lemon juice
  • 1/3 c. sugar

    Mix together dry cake mix, 1 egg and oil.

    Crumble up.

    Put 1 cup mixture aside for topping.

    Press remaining mixture into 9 x 11-inch pan.

    Bake at 350° for 15 minutes.
