  • 1 box Pillsbury Plus lemon cake mix
  • 8 oz. cream cheese
  • 1/2 c. sugar
  • 2 tsp. lemon juice
  • 2 eggs
  • 1/2 c. oil

Directions

    Mix cake mix, 1 egg and 1/2 cup oil until crumbly; reserve 1 cup.

    Put the rest into ungreased 13 x 9 x 2-inch pan.

    Bake 15 minutes at 350°.

    Beat cream cheese, sugar, lemon juice and 1 egg; beat until light and smooth.

    Spread over layer just cooked. Sprinkle reserved cake mix over top.

    Bake 15 minutes.

    Cool and cut into squares.

    Sprinkle powdered sugar on top to serve.
