  • 1 box lemon cookie mix
  • 2 eggs
  • 1/2 c. vegetable oil
  • 1 box confectioners sugar
  • 8 oz. cream cheese
  • 2 eggs
  • 1 tsp. lemon extract flavoring

Directions

    Mix first three ingredients together and press into a 9 X 12 pan.

    Mix the remaining four ingredients together and pour over cake mix.

    Bake at 300 for 1 hour.

    Cool and cut into squares.
