- 2 c. plus 3 Tbsp. flour
- 1/2 lb. plus 1 Tbsp. margarine
- 2 1/2 Tbsp. sugar
- 19 oz. cream cheese
- 1 1/2 c. plus 3 Tbsp. 10x sugar
- 2 (4 oz.) boxes lemon pudding and pie filling (not instant)
- 8 oz. Cool Whip
Directions

1Mix flour, margarine and sugar well.

2Pat into a 15 x 10-inch pan.

3Bake at 350° for 20 minutes.

4Beat together cream cheese and 10x sugar.

5Put on top of cooled crust.

6Prepare two boxes of lemon pudding.

7Spread on top of cheese mixture.

8Refrigerate overnight.

9Top with Cool Whip.

10Cut and serve.
