  • 1 c. butter
  • 2 c. flour
  • 1/2 c. powdered sugar
  • 4 large or 6 medium eggs
  • 6 Tbsp. fresh lemon juice

Directions

    Preheat oven to 325°.

    Mix butter, sugar and flour together and press into a well buttered 9 x 13-inch dish.

    Bake 25 minutes. While this bakes, beat the eggs with fork and add lemon juice. Mix well and spoon over the baked crust.

    Return to the oven and bake for 25 minutes.

    Remove from oven and sprinkle with powdered sugar while still hot.

    Cut when cool.
