  • 1 box lemon cake mix
  • 1 egg
  • 1 stick margarine, melted
  • 8 oz. cream cheese
  • 2 eggs
  • 3 c. confectioners sugar

Directions

    Mix lemon cake mix, egg and margarine together; pour into greased dish.

    Cream and blend the cream cheese, eggs and confectioners sugar together and pour over first mixture.

    Top with nuts, if desired.

    Bake at 350° for 35 minutes.

    Cut into squares.
