   Mix dry cake mix, melted butter and 1 egg.

   Dough will be stiff.

   Press or spread in a well greased 8 1/2 x 12-inch baking dish.

   Mix together softened cream cheese, confectioners sugar and 2 eggs.

   Spread over dough mixture and bake at 325° for 35 to 40 minutes, until golden brown.

   This freezes well.

   Good served with Cool Whip and a cherry on top!
