  • 4 eggs
  • 1 c. apricot nectar
  • 1/2 c. vegetable oil

    Blend all ingredients in a large bowl, then beat at medium speed 2 minutes.

    Bake at 350° for 45 to 50 minutes, then pour over warm cake 1 cup xxxxx sugar and juice of 1 lemon.
