  • 2 (8 oz.) pkg. cream cheese
  • 1/2 c. sugar
  • 2 eggs
  • 1 tsp. vanilla
  • vanilla wafers
  • lemon pie filling (canned)

Directions

    Mix cream cheese, sugar, eggs and vanilla.

    Beat until smooth. Line cupcake pan with cupcake papers.

    Put vanilla wafers in bottom of each cupcake paper.

    Bake at 350° for about 20 minutes. Cool, then add pie filling.

    Store in refrigerator.
