- 2 (8 oz.) pkg. cream cheese
- 1/2 c. sugar
- 2 eggs
- 1 tsp. vanilla
- vanilla wafers
- lemon pie filling (canned)
Directions

1Mix cream cheese, sugar, eggs and vanilla.

2Beat until smooth. Line cupcake pan with cupcake papers.

3Put vanilla wafers in bottom of each cupcake paper.

4Bake at 350° for about 20 minutes. Cool, then add pie filling.

5Store in refrigerator.
