  • pinch of salt
  • juice of 3 lemons
  • rind of 2 lemons, grated
  • 3 eggs, separated
  • 12 tart shells, unbaked

Directions

    Cream the butter, sugar and salt. Add lemon juice and rind. Add egg yolks, slightly beaten.
