- 1 stick butter
- 1/2 c. finely chopped nuts
- 1 (8 oz.) pkg. soft cream cheese
- 1 c. 10x sugar
- 6 oz. vanilla yogurt
- 12 oz. Cool Whip
- 1 large box vanilla pudding (not instant)
- 1 small box lemon pudding (not instant)
- 3 c. milk
Directions

1Cut butter into flour and nuts until well blended.

2Put into 9 x 13-inch pan and bake at 350° for 15 minutes; cool.

3Combine cream cheese, 10x and 1 cup Cool Whip.

4Spread over cool crust. Cook puddings with 3 cups milk just until boiling.

5Spread on cream cheese layer.
