  • 1 can lemonade concentrate
  • 3/4 c. sugar
  • 1 pkg. lemon cake mix
  • 4 eggs
  • 1 pkg. lemon instant pudding
  • 3/4 c. water
  • 3/4 c. Wesson oil

Directions

    Mix lemonade concentrate and sugar and let stand while mixing cake. Mix together other 5 ingredients and pour into well-greased and floured tube pan. Bake 1 hour at 350°. When cake is taken from oven, spoon lemonade mixture over the top and let stand in pan 1 hour. If icing seems too sweet, decrease or omit the sugar.
