  • 1 (2 layer size) pkg. lemon cake mix or pudding included cake mix
  • 1 (4 serving size) pkg. lemon flavor instant pudding
  • 4 eggs
  • 3/4 c. oil
  • 1 c. water

Directions

    Combine cake mix, pudding mix, eggs, water and oil in large mixing bowl.

    Blend well, then beat at medium speed for 4 minutes. Pour into greased and floured 10-inch Bundt pan.

    Bake at 350° for 50 to 55 minutes or until springs back from touch.

    Do not underbake.

    Cool in pan for 5 minutes, then thoroughly prick warm cake with tester or wooden pick completely through to bottom of cake.
