- 1 (2 layer size) pkg. lemon cake mix or pudding included cake mix
- 1 (4 serving size) pkg. lemon flavor instant pudding
- 4 eggs
- 3/4 c. oil
- 1 c. water
Directions

1Combine cake mix, pudding mix, eggs, water and oil in large mixing bowl.

2Blend well, then beat at medium speed for 4 minutes. Pour into greased and floured 10-inch Bundt pan.

3Bake at 350° for 50 to 55 minutes or until springs back from touch.

4Do not underbake.

5Cool in pan for 5 minutes, then thoroughly prick warm cake with tester or wooden pick completely through to bottom of cake.
