  • 1 lemon cake mix (pudding type or plain)
  • 1 pkg. lemon instant pudding
  • 4 eggs
  • 1 c. water
  • 1/4 c. oil

    Combine all ingredients.

    Blend well, then beat at medium speed for 4 minutes.

    Pour into greased and floured Bundt pan. Bake at 350° for 50 to 55 minutes.

    Do not underbake!

    Cool in pan for 5 minutes.

    Thoroughly prick warm cake completely through to bottom with toothpick.

    Gradually spoon lemony glaze over cake until completely absorbed.

    Cool 15 minutes and remove from pan. Sprinkle with powdered sugar.
