- 1 lemon cake mix (pudding type or plain)
- 1 pkg. lemon instant pudding
- 4 eggs
- 1 c. water
- 1/4 c. oil
Directions

1Combine all ingredients.

2Blend well, then beat at medium speed for 4 minutes.

3Pour into greased and floured Bundt pan. Bake at 350° for 50 to 55 minutes.

4Do not underbake!

5Cool in pan for 5 minutes.

6Thoroughly prick warm cake completely through to bottom with toothpick.

7Gradually spoon lemony glaze over cake until completely absorbed.

8Cool 15 minutes and remove from pan. Sprinkle with powdered sugar.
