- 1 c. butter
- 1 c. white sugar
- 2 eggs
- 1/2 c. lemonade (from one 6 oz. can frozen concentrate; reserve any remaining)
- 3 c. flour
- 1 tsp. baking powder
- 1/4 tsp. salt
- sugar
Directions

1Preheat oven to 350°.

2Grease cookie sheets.

3Cream the butter, sugar and eggs.

4Mix dry ingredients and add alternately with lemonade, beginning and ending with dry ingredients.

5Drop 2-inches apart on cookie sheet. Bake at 350° for 8 to 10 minutes or until lightly browned.

6Brush with remaining lemonade and sprinkle with sugar.
